This is the first fisheye zoom that appeared on the market. It was made for full-frame cameras and its range starts from a real 17mm diagonal fisheye and extends to a heavily distorted 28mm. Well, it was a very strange lens for the time it came out in 1995. It held up in the catalog till 2004. It is said it never had high sales. It’s not an easy lens to find now, but it’s the idea at the base of the 10-17 now, that’s a more meaningful lens if we consider the presence of APS-c and full-frame sensors.
